Most would say this shows a good alignment of interests between shareholders and the board. Still, it might be worth checking if those insiders have been selling. Insider ownership is positive when it signals leadership are thinking like the true owners of the company. However, high insider ownership can also give immense power to a small group within the company. The long bond market doesn’t think interest rates will rise much higher or stay high for very long. Yes, the influx of people from blue states had a big impact on the home prices. I expect that to go in reverse a little bit after the next hurricane hits the state. So far, haven’t seen any ammo problems, though I rarely go to town for ammo since it’s quite a drive. However, my interests trend more to weapons of historical wars then modern stuff so perhaps that’s a factor.
